What is a PRESTO Voucher
A PRESTO voucher is a unique code PRESTO customers can redeem to load funds, transit passes or other PRESTO products to their PRESTO card. The vouchers program is used by transit agencies, and organizations (such as universities, colleges, companies, community service groups or other groups) to create and send vouchers to PRESTO customers. Participating organizations will create voucher codes as part of specific programs and customers will need to be eligible for those programs to receive a voucher.
How to redeem a voucher code on a PRESTO in Mobile Wallet card
- Log in to your PRESTO account on the PRESTO app.
- Select the PRESTO in Mobile Wallet card you want to add a voucher code to.
- Select “Enter Voucher Code” button.
- Enter your PRESTO voucher code, review your voucher details and tap "Done."
- Your voucher product will be ready to use immediately.
How to redeem a voucher code on a physical PRESTO card
- Login to your PRESTO account
- Select “My Cards”
- Select “Redeem Voucher”
- Enter your PRESTO voucher code. It takes 4 to 7 hours before your voucher product is ready to use.
- After you’ve waited 4 to 7 hours, tap your physical PRESTO card on any PRESTO device to add the voucher to your physical PRESTO card. Be sure to tap your physical PRESTO card at least once within 30 days after redeeming your voucher.
- Your online account information will be updated after you tap your physical PRESTO card on a PRESTO device.
