At TVMs you can:
- Buy your GO Transit and/or UP Express tickets
- Purchase a new PRESTO card*
- Load funds to your PRESTO card
- Set a default trip
- Check your balance, transaction history and fare type
- Settle overdraft or missed tap-off charges
- Set your default language to French or English
*Please note that PRESTO cards purchased at TVMs are automatically set as an adult fare type but can be changed by a Station Ambassador at Union Station or at select Shoppers Drug Mart locations.
PRESTO in Mobile Wallet cannot be used on these machines.
For a better customer experience, the TVMs are equipped with toe clearance for customers using mobility devices, a large screen with high contrast display, high contrast and braille labels and an enhanced accessibility mode with audio output that enables control of the TVM using the PIN pad.
Customers who need a braille card can reach out to the PRESTO Contact Centre, visit Shoppers Drug Mart / Loblaws or GO Transit counters.
