Through the PRESTO app
You can check your card balance in real time with the PRESTO app. Once you sign in, tap the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to check your balance.
Using PRESTO in Google Wallet
If you’re using PRESTO in Google Wallet, you can find your real time card balance using in the PRESTO app or Google Wallet app.
At a PRESTO vending machine
Check the balance of your physical PRESTO card at PRESTO vending machines at TTC subway stations, OC Transpo stations, GO Transit stations and UP Express stations.
In person
Check your balance in person at a Customer Service Outlet or Shoppers Drug Mart location.
Online
Log in to your My PRESTO Account and you will see your balance on the main page. Your online balance can take up to 24 hours to update after you take transit or load your card.
